I. Application
High water reduction rate: It can make the water reduction rate reach more than 25% ,and greatly improve the fluidity under
the condition of the same amount of water added to concrete
Suitable for all types of premixed commercial concretes and high strength concretes (C60-C80).
II. Main performance
1. This product is high-performance polycarboxylate additive. It is light brown liquid;
2. Water reduction for concrete is above 25%;
3. Can obviously improve workability and pumpability of concrete mixture;
4. Empower concrete with favorable fluidity and self-compaction;
5. Can obviously increase concrete strength and anti-permeability.
III. Recommended dosage
0.5~1.8%, conventional dosage 1.1%.

VI. Packing and shelf life
50kg, 1 ton plastic drum or tank car, shelf life is 6 months.

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a useful chemicals. Polycarboxylate (PC) superplasticizers are being widely used in concrete mixtures due to their high water reduction rate and good slump retention at low dosage. The chemical structure of PC, including their anchoring group, main chain, side chain, molecular weight and molecular architecture, has a great impact on the performance of cement-based materials.
The retardation effect of PC on cement hydration increases with the main chain length. Moreover, hyperbranched and star-shaped PCs show significantly better dispersion ability then conventional ones.
In the 1980s, polycarboxylate superplasticizers were introduced as a new generation of concrete admixtures. A novel type of PCE possessing enhanced clay tolerance has been synthesized from MAA and hydroxyalkyl methacrylate esters. The resulting PCE samples are effective cement dispersants as was demonstrated in mini slump tests.
